Motivo extra dry Borgo Molino vintage. Alcohol content 11%. Made FROM Glera grapes. Exclusively processed IN steel vats AND aged IN bottle FOR a short TIME. Light straw colour WITH light green hues; crystalline, WITH rather fine AND persistent bubbles. The nose reveals a typical aroma, intense white fleshed-fruit AND fresh white flowers. IN the mouth it IS slightly sweet, which makes it particularly attractive AND pleasant, although its intensity AND LENGTH ARE NOT record-breaking. ON the palate the olfactory sensations return, especially fruit AND a refreshing acidity. Drink it WITH muffins WITH ham, vegetable risotto; excellent AS an aperitif.
